I understand and recognize that Stanford Angels of France meetings and communications are focused on investment pursuits. I understand Stanford does not endorse or solicit investment in any company featured on Stanford Angels’ website or in Stanford Angel’s events.

I am serious about my intention for investing and am joining the group for that express purpose.

I will disclose to the group any relationship I have or may have with a presenting company, including any personal gain I may receive from the company.

I will not solicit another member for business.

To the extent investments are over-subscribed, I agree that precedence will always be given to Stanford Angels members in their individual capacity over members or others who are looking to invest on behalf of a fund, similar legal entity, or third party. I will also not circumvent Stanford Angels or enter into a side agreement with a start-up looking for funding if such a side agreement would reduce the investment capacity available to other Stanford Angels members.

I will provide details of investments that I make via the group’s activities, both upon investment entry and exit.
